Got questions about your 368jl account, deposits in PHP, sports betting rules, casino games, bonuses, or responsible gaming? You're in the right place. This FAQ page covers the things Philippine players ask most — answered straight, no fluff, in plain English.
Use the category buttons below to jump to the section you need, or type a keyword in the search bar to filter the questions down fast. If your question still isn't answered here, email support@368jl.best with the details.
Account Registration and Login
Setting up and accessing your 368jl profile is the first step. These answers cover registration requirements, duplicate accounts, login problems, password resets, and what the account dashboard gives you access to once you're in.
You must be at least 21 years old and meet the eligibility requirements in the 368jl Terms and Conditions. The registration form asks for your legal name, a Philippine mobile number, a personal email address, and your date of birth. Use only your own information — registering with another person's identity or a borrowed mobile number can cause verification and payment problems later.
No. One account per person is the rule. Creating a second profile to claim another welcome bonus, avoid a restriction, or bypass verification can lead to account review, suspended transactions, voided bonuses, or permanent closure. If you cannot access an existing account, follow the login recovery process or contact support rather than opening a new one.
On the 368jl login page, select the forgotten password option and follow the steps. You will need access to your registered email address or Philippine mobile number to receive a verification code and complete the reset. If you cannot access either, email support@368jl.best with account details and identity information so the team can assist.
Contact 368jl support before submitting any verification documents. A name mismatch between your account and your ID will usually stop the verification process. Explain the error clearly and provide evidence of the correct legal name. Do not attempt to fix it by creating a new account — that creates a duplicate and additional complications.
Several reasons can cause a login restriction: too many failed password attempts, a pending security or identity review, a responsible gaming break or self-exclusion you activated, or a payment investigation. Check your registered email for any communication from 368jl first. If nothing explains it, email support with a description of the problem.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Everything related to moving Philippine pesos in and out of your 368jl account — which methods are available, how long transactions take, what minimum and maximum amounts apply, and what to do when a payment is delayed.
The 368jl cashier may show GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and supported Philippine-issued Visa or Mastercard cards. Availability can vary and specific options are displayed at the time of transaction. Always use a payment account registered in your own name.
GCash, Maya, and similar e-wallet deposits usually reflect in your 368jl balance quickly after the transaction is confirmed on the provider's side. Bank transfers through InstaPay and PESONet depend on cut-off times and the sending bank's processing schedule. If a deposit has not appeared after a reasonable period, contact support with the transaction reference number, amount, method, and approximate time.
Withdrawals on 368jl require identity verification before they can be released. If your account documents have not been reviewed and approved yet, the withdrawal may be held. There may also be an active wagering requirement attached to a bonus that must be completed before funds become withdrawable. Check your account for pending verification steps and bonus status, then contact support if neither explains the delay.
Withdrawals generally need to go back to a payment method registered in your own name. Whether a different method from the original deposit is permitted depends on the account verification status and the specific methods available. Check the cashier for available withdrawal options after login, or ask support if you are unsure which applies to your situation.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts can vary by payment method and may be updated. The current limits for each method are displayed in the 368jl cashier when you select a transaction type. Review them before confirming any payment, particularly if you are using a method for the first time.
Sports Betting — Football and Boxing
Questions about how sports betting works on 368jl, including how odds are presented, how to understand a bet slip, and what happens when a match is postponed or cancelled.
368jl may display odds in decimal, fractional, or other formats depending on your account settings. Decimal odds show the total return per unit staked including the stake itself — for example, odds of 2.50 on a ₱100 bet returns ₱250 if the selection wins. Review the odds format in your account settings and confirm the displayed return before placing any bet.
Settlement rules for postponed or cancelled events are set out in the 368jl Terms and Conditions. Generally, if a match is rescheduled within a certain window it may still stand; if it is abandoned outside that window, bets are typically voided and the stake returned. Exact rules can vary by market and event type. Read the relevant rules before placing a bet on a match where postponement is a possibility.
Live betting availability depends on the event and market. When in-play options are open, odds update in real time as the event progresses. Because odds can move quickly during live betting, always confirm the odds and stake shown on your bet slip at the exact moment you confirm — the odds displayed before you hit confirm may have already changed.
Available boxing markets on 368jl may include match winner, method of victory, round betting, and points markets depending on the bout and the platform's current listings. Market availability is confirmed in your account after login. Review the specific market rules for each bet type, particularly for method-of-victory markets where the definition of a technical knockout versus points decision matters for settlement.
The bet slip shows your selection, the current odds, the stake you entered in PHP, and the potential return. Check all three figures before you confirm. The potential return is what you receive if the bet wins — it includes the returned stake in decimal format. Once a bet is confirmed, it typically cannot be cancelled. If the odds on the slip differ from what you saw on the event page, the market may have moved between selection and confirmation.
Live Casino, Online Casino, and Bingo
Common questions about 368jl casino products — how live tables work, RNG fairness for online slots, bingo rules, and what to do if a game disconnects mid-round.
Live casino on 368jl connects you to a real dealer in a studio environment via a video stream. You place bets through the interface and the dealer manages the physical cards, roulette wheel, or dice in real time. Online casino covers titles run by software using a random number generator rather than a live dealer. Both types are accessible from the same 368jl account after login.
If you lose your connection during an active round, the system records the outcome based on the game's result. When your 368jl session reconnects, the settled result should appear in your account history and balance. If you believe a round was not settled correctly after a disconnection, note the game title, approximate time, and stake amount, then contact support.
368jl bingo games use electronically generated numbers. The winning pattern — a line, two lines, or a full house depending on the game variant — is achieved when enough of your card's numbers are called before all other players. Prizes are calculated according to the specific bingo game's rules. Review the prize table and rules within the game before purchasing cards.
368jl is accessible through a mobile browser on most modern smartphones commonly used in the Philippines. Log in with your registered credentials, and available games should load in your browser. A stable connection helps when playing live casino titles because the video stream requires consistent bandwidth. Gaming over weak mobile data can cause freezing or delays in the live feed.
Promotions and Bonuses
How 368jl bonuses work, what wagering requirements mean in practice, and common reasons why a withdrawal might be reduced or declined after a promotion.
A wagering requirement is the total amount you need to bet before a bonus and any winnings from it become withdrawable. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place ₱10,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawing. Not all games contribute equally — some may count at 50% or 0% toward the requirement. Read the full bonus terms to understand which games contribute and at what rate.
Bonuses often carry a maximum withdrawal cap on winnings generated from the bonus funds. If your total withdrawal request exceeds the permitted maximum for that promotion, only up to the cap is released and the rest may be removed. This limit is set in the bonus terms. Always check the maximum cashout figure before claiming any 368jl promotion.
This depends on how the specific 368jl promotion is structured. Some bonuses forfeit automatically if you try to withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement. Others may allow partial withdrawal but cancel the remaining bonus. The terms of each promotion specify what happens to the bonus, deposit, and winnings if you withdraw early. Read before opting in if early withdrawal flexibility matters to you.
Promotions visible in your 368jl account after login may be claimed through an opt-in button, a bonus code entry at the cashier, or automatically based on a qualifying deposit. The claiming method is described in the individual offer. Complete the opt-in or code entry before making the qualifying deposit, not after — many promotions will not apply retrospectively.
Responsible Gaming
Tools and information to help you stay in control of your 368jl activity. Deposit limits, session reminders, account breaks, and self-exclusion — how each works and how to activate them.
After logging in to 368jl, go to Account then Responsible Gaming. Choose a deposit limit period — daily, weekly, or monthly — and enter your maximum amount in Philippine pesos. The limit applies immediately. Decreasing the limit also takes effect straight away; increasing it requires a review delay to prevent impulsive changes during or just after a session.
Self-exclusion on 368jl locks your account from all gaming activity for a period you choose — from several weeks up to permanently. The restriction cannot be reversed or shortened once activated. This is intentional. 368jl will also make reasonable efforts to stop sending promotional messages during the exclusion period. It takes effect immediately and any remaining balance can be requested through support.
Yes. A temporary account break on 368jl pauses your gaming access for a set number of days — typically between one and thirty — without permanently closing the account. During the break you cannot log in to place bets or play games. Your balance remains secure. The break cannot be shortened once set. For longer gaps, self-exclusion provides a firmer commitment.
Start by activating a break or self-exclusion on 368jl. For wider support, speak to a trusted person at home, a GP or mental health professional who can refer you to appropriate programmes in the Philippines, or contact the 368jl support team at support@368jl.best who can assist with account restrictions. Taking a step back when gaming stops being fun is always the right call.
Account Security
How to protect your 368jl login, what to do if you suspect unauthorised access, and how to stay safe when accessing your account from a Philippine mobile or shared device.
Change your password immediately from a secure device. Then secure the email address and Philippine mobile number connected to your 368jl account. Contact support at support@368jl.best describing the situation, the unfamiliar transactions or account changes you noticed, and the approximate time they occurred. The support team can review the account's login history.
On a personal phone that only you use and that is protected by a PIN, fingerprint, or face lock, staying logged in is a manageable convenience. On a shared device, always log out manually after finishing your session. If your phone is lost or stolen, change your 368jl password and notify support as soon as possible.
No. Legitimate 368jl support will never ask for your account password, verification PIN, or full payment card details through a call, SMS, or messaging app. If someone contacts you claiming to be from 368jl and asks for any of those, do not respond. Report the contact to support@368jl.best so it can be investigated.
Use at least eight characters combining uppercase and lowercase letters, a number, and a symbol. Do not use your mobile number, birthday, name, or a password you already use on another site. A good approach on a Philippine smartphone is to store a long random password in your phone's built-in password manager or a dedicated app, then unlock it with your fingerprint rather than trying to memorise it.
