You may close your 368jl account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. All outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
368jl provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to keep the service running reliably 24/7, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled downtime, network disruptions, or technical failures outside our control.
368jl is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of gaming session value — arising from use of the platform, even where we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.
Our total liability to any 368jl member in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the amount of money you held in your 368jl account balance at the time the claim arose.
